Before practicing as an advocate, he had worked with reputed corporates like Axis Bank & Reliance Communication.
He is currently practicing in Bombay High Court and other civil and criminal courts across Mumbai, Maharashtra, New Delhi, Madhya Pradesh and majorly practices Criminal Law. A specialist in cross border corporate compliance, MSME matters, drafting, governance, POSH and due diligence matters, Reshma has worked with organisations like Convergys, Pangea, TCS and Sutherland. Her exposure includes handling seven country compliance and drafting of Commercial Contracts, NDAs, SOWs, Notice and responses, Complaints, Amendments, Renewals, EULAs and the like.
Reshma has been instrumental in incorporation of a Sutherland entity in Kosovo and has drafted and negotiated all the contracts including infrastructure, facilities, personnel and government policy benefiting agreements. She was awarded for her exceptional performance in the Kosovo set up by Sutherland.
She is currently on the panel as external member to the Internal Committee (for Prevention of Sexual Harassment at Workplace) for many companies. As on February 2021, she was elected as the State President for Maharashtra Legal Awareness Council by WICCI (Women’s Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industries)

oshita is currently studying law in NMIMS School of Law, Mumbai in the 2020-25 batch. She has a keen interest in criminal law and always ready to gain knowledge.
She is inclined towards researching. She is the Head of Department in the Pehchaan committee of her college. She is a member of the research department in two committees (Centre for Excellence and Cyber cell). One of her paper on “Criminalising marital rape in India” was published in a reputed journal.
She has worked under a Supreme Court Advocate before and learnt to draft rules and regulations under him. She has also been a part of the Federation of International Trade of Gunodaya Asssociation as a legal intern. She has worked in Geolife Youth Club and in a BMC School for teaching academically weak students.

Sahil is also a keen social worker and has always been helpful. He is the co-founder of ‘The SAATHI Foundation’ in Ahmednagar which works for the underprivileged.
